Rebecca was instrumental in my home sale. She was very responsive to my needs, and helped me every step of the way. She was proactive in ensuring that the sale was smooth. I definitely recommend her as a valued member of the team!
Rebecca was always prompt with emails. That was the most important aspect of our our working relationship. My transaction was for-sale-by-owner sort of. I used listing spark for flat rate real estate sales. The experience was excellent. In fact I will be searching for other flat rate listing services in my current state next time I sell a property. Listing spark and their agents do an excellent job.
Chris is someone who is very available and answer whatever the question and the moment. He was assisting me from the beginning till the day we close. Was very helpful provided financial questions and all the process. Mostly I think he is a honest person.
We had a wondeful experience with Heather! She was with us as we took months to select a builder and commit to a new house, and helped us sell our old house quickly and easily. She truly cares about her clients and works with other professionals in the field to make sure they are taken care of.
Traci has amazing negotiating skills, she got my husband and I a great deal on a house in Manor. She was very flexible and always available when it came to viewing houses. Most importantly she was very quick to responding with any of our concerns no matter what day or time. Thank you Traci! We will be using you in the future.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Traci Lee. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place.
