Very good bbq Tried the brisket (moist), Lockhart slaw, sausage, burnt ends, and Mac & cheese. Overall the meal was excellent and you can't go wrong on the meats. I would suggest not going moist on the brisket only because you may end up drowning in grease and fat. But you MUST get burnt ends.
