Good BBQ Excellent bbq in the heart of old downtown Plano. Come early if you don't want to stand in a long line. The burnt ends are a particular favorite.

Loving down town Plano The food that we had catered in for a meeting, was so good that we had our Company Christmas holiday function there. hope we hold it there again this year. The staff were extremely helpful.
Best brisket anywhere We got there 20 minutes before they opened and there were already two groups of people in line ahead of us. Definitely worth the wait. Brisket with extra bark is amazing. Moist and delicious. Everything was great but the brisket was beyond exceptional.
