Nothing but professional and excellent JOB! My estimate from the insurance had several mistakes. My salesman, Robbie, was happy to take the contact info and deal directly with the insurance company so I didn't have to. He was able to get it all corrected for me hassle free. Especially since I had no idea the roofing terms, etc. The job was quick and the clean up was more than I expected. The job went great. They completed the job while I was at work and I had no worries since they are a local company. I knew that they would be back if I found any issues. My estimator John was not only courteous but also very helpful to me when deciding what needed to be done. He made sure I had all my questions answered.

All 5 estimates changes several times as we learned more about roofing, shingles and warrantees as well as reviews of the roofing contractors. We did a lot of research and educated ourselves on the specifications and installation instructions (yup, I am an engineer). Lon Smith provided our first estimate (actually several for different roof qualities) and was little changed except for the upgrade specs we wanted in the long run. I called Lon Smith Roofing based on a referral from a friend at work. I spoke with Britt Martin a senior estimator with Lon Smith. He assessed the damage on my roof and I had bad hail damage on two sides and less hail damage on the other two sides. He went up on the roof with my insurance adjuster, and they were up there for nearly two hours assessing the damage. The Estimator was punctual and professional. I had a terrible experience with my last roofer. The company never answered my calls, left trash, and unfinished areas. Everyone from Lon Smith cared about my home from day one. They were all polite and completed the project in a timely manner. They were extremely clean and organized as well. Now, I only recommend Lon Smith Roofing!
