We had damages that needed repairs right away and was very happy that Lon Smith roofing was very quick to get on the repairs. Everyone was very courteous and professional we would be glad to recommend them again.

<p>My experience with Lon Smith Roofing has been fantastic. The inspector guided me through every step so that I would know what to expect and the best way to work with the insurance company on a claim. The project manager on the job took the time to explain all the details and nuances of the materials and installation. I have a smaller house, but Lon Smith Roofing treated me like I was worth a million dollars. Great job and very pleased!!!</p>

The entire Lon Smith organization did a great job with our residential roof. I was impressed by their knowledgeable salesperson, the time he took to answer all of my questions and consider various solutions for us. Lon Smith completed the job on time. The crew was very courteous and left our home and yard very clean. The inspector was thorough during our final walk through of the job. I highly recommend Lon Smith Roofing.

Overall we had a good experience with Lon Smith Roofing. We were impressed with the timeliness and patience of the salesman, the fact that the price quoted was exactly what we paid, and that the job was done in two days as planned. The crew was also very timely, polite, and did not play loud music in our quiet neighborhood. Though I am no expert, I did get up on the roof and the quality of work seems good overall.
