Regarding the replacement of our roof by Lon Smith Roofing: The estimator who came to our home to was very professional, knowledgable, and informative. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain current roofing ventilation requirements, and discuss various options including an upgrade of the shingles. Overall, the process went well, but we did have some issues with the installation crew. The roof replacement took 1 day longer than planned, they damaged some siding, and they left personal trash in the yard. However, upon alerting Lon Smith to these issues, without any questions- they took care of all of the issues. And, while it does not help me, they said the crew that did my house is no longer part of their team.

Overall was please with Lon Smith. We had a couple minor issues that Lon Smith resolved in a fairly timely manner. Our salesman was very nice and the project manager was knowledgeable and helpful.

We had a great experience with our salesman. He seemed very honest and knowledge. He helped us work with our insurance company to get a roof following the hail storms in 2016. It took a little while to get a crew to come out to the house to actually do the roof, and when they were scheduled to come, it was going to be a very cold day in December.
