The mattress is rock hard if you are a side sleeper. It feels ok at first but after a few hours you wake up in pain! Costco had great easy return process tho!

Had mattress for 1 month and already had 2 dips in the matteess. Poor quality as the sewing was coming out

Tried this for 3 months. The first month it was fine, but soon developed impressions. Now I wake up in a sinkhole the shape of my body, and it also slopes downward, so it's very uncomfortable. The center of the bed where neither of us sleep is still fully flat, but there are divots where we sleep. For reference we are pretty average weight adults 150-180lb.

Very poor quality. I had to return it after 2-3 weeks as it was sagging on one side.

Had this mattress for less than a year. Was comfortable at first. Then it started sagging on both sides for my husband and I. Sagging with so much so that I started to have back problems. Very disappointing definitely did not hold up. Costco is coming today to pick it up. Already bought new one through Not Costco

Sadly I bought this same mattress brand twice (different firmness and one was 12 inch the other 14) and both were returned after a sinkhole developed. the 12 inch after 8 months and the 14 inch after 2 months. The return process was seamless with Costco which I am thankful for. I literally did it all on the app, scheduled pick up and it was simple and done in a matter of days to include the refund on my card used to purchase it.
