Worst mattress ever sagging after 3 weeks and threads coming loose all over. Avoid this brand and model will order a Casper or winkbed.

I received this mattress yesterday. It was advertised as a plush model with a soft, bouncy, cloud‑like feel. After one night, it was the complete opposite. This mattress is extremely firm. It felt like sleeping on a cement block. If you’re sensitive to pressure points or truly need a soft, forgiving surface, steer clear of this mattress. It is not plush in any meaningful sense.

This mattress is absolutely terrible. It only took about 4 months before it started sagging, and after 6 months it became completely unusable. I wake up with back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, and even headaches. The support is basically gone. Very poor quality and definitely not what I expected. I would not recommend this brand at all.

I purchased this bed online from Costco about seven months ago. I waited to write a review until I felt I could give an accurate one. This bed is nice looking and comfortable, but is not holding up well. We shopped around at several places before buying. Since I was buying this online, I also found a comparable mattress at another store to go try it out first. Within the first month I noticed indents in the mattress where my husband and I each lay. I’m a side sleeper. I find my hips hurting and sore shoulder being aggravated nightly. So much so I have to admit defeat and return the bed. This is not the expected plush bed I ordered. It feels firm. It’s not soft enough for me. It retains some heat but not like the memory foam bed I had that I loved but found to be too hot for a premenopausal state which is why I bought this mattress. Ordered the soft mattress. Nothing soft about it. Hard as a rock. Its horrible. Can't return it do to they took my old mattress. Definitely cant go with out a bed. Dont recommend
