It wasn't firm enough for us. We sank into it
Only had mattress a month and it has turned lumpy. Costco Will Not replace it!!

In less than a month of use, the mattress is showing deformations and is becoming very uncomfortable. Terrible purchase.

I've already told Costco how disappointed i was with the bed I can't use. We ordered a foundation, and the item was sent to the farthest part of our (west coast) country and I live on the east coast. Consequently, Costco says the foundation isn't available. They haven't notified us as to when the situation will resolve. Unfortunately, we can't use the bed for its purpose.
Too firm, as soon as I lay down on the bed my back started hurting and no matter what position I moved to it didn't get any better. I immediately moved to another room and slept on a different mattress and requested a return.

Had matresses for 1 to 2 weeks and a ridge started to appear in the middle of the mattress. Not a good start for a long relationship.

it sags in the middle and hurts my back and im only 140 lbs. not worth the $!

Initially I was very happy with this mattress and the delivery. We got the plush California king. It was really supportive and comfortable...for about a month and a half. Now it is sagging, leaving body impressions, and it has a huge bump in the middle between us ! We are average sized people, so it isn't a weight issue. I am so disappointed!
