Just ate at this establishment and our rude waiter just flicked us off as seen in the photo. then he scammed us and never gave us our breadsticks but still charged us.

We have been eating here for the last 15 years or so. They no longer serve coffee which is absolutely ridiculous because they serve desserts which coffee goes great with. And their coffee was actually really good. Their food quality has gone down tremendously. Their chopped salad had no taste, you can't taste the cheese, heck you can barely see it. I placed an order for delivery for a work luncheon, per Director's request. I had 2 separate orders being delivered to the same address. Order 1: 1 large cheese pizza, 1 large sausage & pepperoni pizza and an order of breadsticks. Order 2: Cheesy beef sandwich & fries They charge $8 delivery fee and wanted me to include the drivers tip with the transaction instead of tipping when delivered. I've been a loyal customer to this establishment for over a year, despite the customer service. However, customer satisfaction is NOT a concern here. Crehan is the manager and isn't concerned with ensuring quality or satisfaction. Food typically is pretty good, but when it's bad, it's BAD!! Won't be patronizing this location again!

Since 2017 just going downhill. Had the worst fettuccine Alfredo ever today.. dry noodles thrown on top of the runniest sauce I've ever seen and Chinese farm raised shrimp that have no taste. Done with this place!

I've made 2 online orders in a row now and neither of them have been right. The first time a pasta was given the wrong sauce and the second time I ordered 2 of the same thing and they didn't put the chicken in either that I added. I called about it and was only given credit towards the missing chicken. They offered to make it again but why would I wanna wait another 40 minutes? This comes at a time when most restaurants and grills are begging people to support them via takeout or delivery due to the Covid-19 Virus that's plaguing the nation. Most places are running crazy good deals to entice you to spend your money and order take-out and/or delivery during these uncertain times. APPARENTLY NOT MACIANO'S.... Ordered a thin crust cheese pizza for carry out. This pizza was so bland and flavorless we threw away over half over it. Also, $22 for a thin crust cheese pizza is overpriced. Disappointed, and won't be back.

Fourth time ordering - fourth time they've got the order wrong. I'm ordering online so the order is completely spelled out. Yet here's a picture of my penne and broccoli. At least the got the noodle correct. If you don't care what they send, the flavour is okay, though they burnt the garlic. Ps. Tried to contact them but while you can order and pay online, there's no way to contact them when the order is wrong.
