The hairstylists were very friendly and helpful. They did a good job of highlighting my hair and gave me recommendations on new products to try. Will come back here again.

i have been going to the Fremont Madison Reed for a while now and have the best experience every time. it is very professional and the staff is very knowledgeable about hair color and polite. Jerry is awesome! He helped with my hair color consultation, and recommended the perfect highlight stylist Tiffany for my highlights! Tiffany gave the perfect highlights that go great with my hair color! I would highly recommend this salon!

I finally made the step to have an appt for over a year and since I was in the city there was an available appt and I booked it, easy peasy. Jerry approached me as I came in and he is so nice and friendly. He walked me through the process of what I signed up for, made suggestions along the way and was ready to color. Jerry made my experience here enjoyable and relaxing. He is wonderful! Joyce was great with the blowout, as well. I will definitely come back. Thank you Jerry! You are truly the BEST!

I joined Madison Reed when they first opened in Fremont location. When you sign up for anything that has membership the quality and service do tend to go down because they know you are locked in but I have yet to experience this at Fremont location but I have in others. The consistency is key for me and so far I have yet to see any issues here. Jerry is my guy and he does a wonderful job!

This was my first time. They were very late getting to start my service. Looks like appointments don't mean anything here. My appointment was at 12:45 and they got home at 1:15. If you come here because you have nothing important to get to afterwards.

Made an appointment for all over color/blowout. My colorist was informative during my consultation and we came to a conclusion I only need a root touch up/ gloss and I opted for a blowout. She applied the Demi permanent dye and once it was washed out and the other stylist got started on my blowout. She noticed my grays were all still there.
