The branch manager, who gave me a great head massage, and Lhin, who colored every strand of my hair, were very accommodating and really took care of me. They made me feel welcome and I totally recommend this branch!

Went to the Fremont location today for a walk-in intending to get a consultation. Parking was a breeze and right outside. After a friendly consultation, an appointment was available pretty much right away. It was a wonderful experience. Trish (Patricia), the GM, did an amazing job! I will 100%recommend it to everyone ,it's not the root touch ups but it's an experience . My hair was done by the most sweetest person there DAE she is awesome ,great personality,very passionate with what she is doing,funny great sense of rumor respectful with ur opinion about what u want to do and a great professional decision when it comes to deciding about the right choice of color. ion the app and when I called before I booked they coated me member price for roots and accent balayage price is $88.00 and when I was checking out it was saying 153.00 and I called and no one answered and automatically charged me $153.00 and a tip on top of it . I had a terrible experience with management. I arrived for my appointment at 4:30, but the location was short-staffed--there were six clients, including myself, waiting for hair services, and only two employees available. I ended up leaving at 7:30, which is unacceptable for just a root touch-up and blowout. I almost left without getting my blowout done because I felt awful about keeping the employees there longer than necessary. As a result of this experience, I am canceling my membership. So, today I had an appointment at the Fremont Madison Reed. Mgr. Stephanie and I could not agree on how to proceed with what I (the client) wanted done to MY HAIR. Awful servic and not true to what they say. Waited for my appt get there and they say they can't do it. on the sight it says all over color and highlights and she said they don't have toner for blonde platinum highlights. So disappointed .

I had book appointment and due to accident traffic was bad, so I called I am running late. After reaching 15 min after my appointment she said she can not take me as they have 10 min grace period. Okay I understood that but why they didn't mention this when I called for running late. I drove 45 min and had to come back without getting any service. I will never book any appointments with them. They could easily mention this with text reminder.
