First visit went well. Only complaint is one of the women working there was talking about politics in not a nice way. She should be more professional. I had to move out of my chair so I didn't have to listen to the horrible names she was calling people.

I had heard about Madison Reed from so many people so when I wanted to take my Mom to get her hair done we decided to try it out. From the moment we arrived the staff treated us like VIPs. My Mom was very resistant to going to a salon to get her hair done but she enjoyed it. They listened to all of our concerns and took them into consideration as they took care of my Mom. Her hair looks amazing!

I went in here very last minute because I just wanted to change something in my life and *obviously* that usually starts with hair. They got me in right away! I was in a pinch because my stylist went out of town last minute and I had an event that night...and grey roots wait for no one. I looked around for other salons and was in shock at prices and they did NOT include the blow out. The prices for a base color alone no toner averaged $300!! I had my roots done with gloss a week ago. My appointment was with Lynn and she did a great job as always. Kathleen did my shampoo and she did a good job. Both ladies were very friendly and I enjoyed talking to them. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. They frequently ask if you would like to have anything to drink. Six weeks ago I not only did my roots ,I had them do a blowout. Bree did a good job, it was just expensive so that is something I can only do when I could afford to splurge. Had a recent procedure that required me to minimize use of my arms including not having them go above my head for a few days. I went days without getting my hair washed and had trouble finding a salon that could accommodate me in a timely manner (between work and the next time I go outside). After inquiring at about 3 salons I went to Madison Reed after Ulta also didn't have availability to wash my hair. So I came here for highlights on brown hair and left the salon unhappy, which was my bad because I asked for the wrong thing, but I came back the next day and Tiffany got me SO SO SO good!!! She blended them out perfectly and made my hair look amazing and natural!!! I cannot recommend her enough. The talent is unmatched. I never write reviews but trust me, as long as you ask for the right thing and communicate clearly with your stylist (especially Tiffany!!) your hair will come out looking GOOOOD at such a low price!! Pleasantly surprised! I came in early since I had already read that they don't like late comers and I was greeted by the manager, and believe her name was Stephanie. She offered me something to drink and confirmed I was there for an all over color + blowout and consultation. She helped me pick out a color and showed her some inspiration photos I had on my phone.
