I've never been to a Madison Reed nor used any of their products. I live in San Jose and this was the only location that had something available today. I made my reservation online and It was kind of snafu upon arrival. They didn't seem to have my reservation in the system and I showed them my confirmation email. Meh. I feel like the experience vs the result were a little mismatched. This was my first visit here, I did say that i didn't want to go red, but my hair has turned very coppery. I am hoping it washes out and fades a little, because it is very brassy the day after my color.

I have nothing but good things to say about the salon. My color always comes out great and I don't have to make a mess of my bathroom anymore and pull out a bunch of equipment bowls and scales to do professional hair color in my own home and worry about missed spots in the back of my head. Smells good and my hair still soft and shiny when I used Madison Reed Hair color. I like the color medium brown.

Thank you Trish and crew for being so friendly and accommodating. Trish explained to me what colors they used and what I actually wanted she could not do but she could get close to it. I told her just give me a new look I'm leaving it in her hands. I love my new look. Trish - you are the best! This location is the best one! She is the sweetest and makes me feel like I am a valuable customer. Also, this is the only location that offers tea, water etc. After my first visit, I can't wait to do my hair again. On my second visit, I decided to enroll for the membership, because I am happy and Trish does a great job coloring my hair. Trish manages this place so well, the salon is always neat and clean. Looking forward to my next visit! I will recommend this place to everyone.

I had a wonderful service and color. I have been using Madison Reed at home since 2017. Today I had my first color at the Fremont location. Stephanie colored my hair and now I have a monthly subscription that I can use every 6 weeks for a root touch up. I recommend Madison Reed for color service and their product!

My coloring woes are over! The Madison Reed team in Fremont is amazing. I happened to walk in & they were able to squeeze me in to their schedule without an appointment. Then Trish did a thorough color consultation followed by a touch touch up & gloss. It was such a relaxing and different experience compared to other salons. Trish truly went above and beyond!
