I had a wonderful service and color. I have been using Madison Reed at home since 2017. Today I had my first color at the Fremont location. Stephanie colored my hair and now I have a monthly subscription that I can use every 6 weeks for a root touch up. I recommend Madison Reed for color service and their product!

My coloring woes are over! The Madison Reed team in Fremont is amazing. I happened to walk in & they were able to squeeze me in to their schedule without an appointment. Then Trish did a thorough color consultation followed by a touch touch up & gloss. It was such a relaxing and different experience compared to other salons. Trish truly went above and beyond! As soon as I walked into this location, I was greeted with a warm hello, introductions. Soon after I checked in I was given a black smock and offered tea, coffee or water--in actual cups! Not paper. Then my color bar specialist shared options for my hair color and asked what color I wanted to achieve. This is my third Madison Reed color bar I have visited. I had a great service despite the service was not full priced since I'm an online subscriber and have been using their product for a long time. Never had a salon color experience at MR before but it was excellent. The manager did an amazing job with care. I went there first thing in the morning so I highly recommend doing so if time works. They do get busy so I can understand some others complaining about getting other staff members. But that's how you also run the business and I see they are helping each other as a team. ... read more

Madison Reed in Fremont excellent service, all the staff over here are very friendly and helpful, specially trish. I enjoy coming over here, my hair look much with this product.

Trish - I love you!! You took such good care of my hair - I was absolutely blown away by the end results...we were both like, Who is SHE! Went in with almost 6 inches of natural hair growth which was light/medium brown and left with beautiful ash blonde highlights, a sick money piece, and a blow out that lasted me three days!! I absolutely love how my balayage turned out. Trish was so kind and made the apt fly by, even went above and beyond on the blow dry. I was a little nervous beforehand seeing this is a relative new location, but I'm so happy with the result, especially for the price!

ONLINE ORDER PICKUP REVIEW: I discovered Madison Reed during the pandemic when salons were closed. They have a good online color matching process, but with any online color matching, there's still some experimentation involved. You can have your color applied in their stores by a colorist, or you may bring the color home and do it yourself. I've been doing occasional touch-ups at home for the past few years.
