Went to Fremont branch a month ago, big expetations and spend almost $200 with color, blowout , bought 1 box color to go. I noticed my hair at the back is still the same with my old color are still there, meaning it didn't color as you go deeper to check. It supposed to cover the old one's and I can do better than this next time. I will not go back this place . Not for me.. not satisfied..

4/5/2024: It has been about 2 weeks since I posted my review about this shop. The manager responded saying someone will reach out to me and get more details about my experience. Have not heard a peep from anyone! I do not appreciat that I was used as a "guinea pig". I'm a frequent customer and they usually do a decent job on my roots and highlights. TLDR. Ugh do not come here if you're on a time crunch. It's probably my fault for scheduling back to back appointments but sheez I wanted it to work out. I drove from SF & the Madison Reed there didn't have any appointments this weekend. And I desperately needed my roots touched up. This is the worst customer service experience I have had . Last time when I made the appointment- my message said I will be charged zero dollars because I have membership and once my services were completed - I was asked to pay for full services because it was not 6 weeks since my last visit . Shouldn't the website notify you about that when you are making the appointment? 15 min late policy doesn't matter to them. I called to let them know I'd be running late due to traffic. They explained they had a 15 min late policy and I was only 9 minutes behind and they told me they couldn't see me. I've been a madison reed customer for awhile now. I was super excited to get a madison reed in fremont. But it's been nothing but disappointing. A different problem each time I get my color done in fremont location. Today was icing on the cake....and not in a good way! All I was doing was roots - tell me why I had to make a commotion to be washed up. It was a 2.5hour appointment. Such a waste of my time. I will stick to my other madison reed location.
