Walked in and inquired about buying some of their products: shampoo, conditioner and bonding serum. A woman approached me, answered all my questions and assisted me in a very friendly approachable manner. Thank you for great service.

I love this place and the products. I do wish that you could talk to a real support person as opposed to a bot when you call the company for an issue. Very frustrating as the APP has technical issues an awful lot. Recommend the salon, the products but NOT the APP

This is locates on the east side of UTC where Pacific Catch is. I made my appointment online and it was pretty easy. I arrived 10 minutes early. They asked me to sit on one of the chairs and gave me a robe while the colorist is finishing up a customer. They took a picture of my hair and suggested a color that I agreed with. My scalp is super sensitive but was surprised that their solution did not give me that burning feeling on my scalp. After 40 minutes, someone else rinsed my hair and she was very nice. Wow! Always a relaxing visit to this Madison Reed store in La Jolla. In early June I applied the demi-permanent Slay Latte from the Madison Reed coloring line, a beautifully dark, rich color. Here it is October, and I've just finished at the salon changing my color out for a Sicily Blonde. The all over application left zero remnants from the previous Slay Latte.
