Excellent first time experience! I had Fey who did a great job. I had the roots, gloss and deep conditioner service and loved the results. Everyone was so nice and the salon was beautiful. I will definitely be back!

I have been going here since they opened - and it's on the best experiences I have with a salon. They don't cut here but do color processes & give you the choice to dry your hair yourself so you don't have to pay the extra. I go for my roots & twice a year I get accent highlights/balayage (only a some pieces that frame my face) I am a member of the hair club (Limitless Pro)- $55/month and you can get your roots done once every 6 weeks (and that's normally how often I go. I had the best experience here. Made a last minute appointment, which is so easy to do, on line. Faye was my colorist and she did an amazing job! Everything was great and I'm super happy with how it turned out.

I booked ab appointment for roots touch up, gloss and blow out. I was going in quite skeptical, due an experience at a different location. I was also nervous about the gloss, because I didn't know if it would actually do anything. The staff was kind, and courteous. I was seated pretty quickly. Had a great first-time experience with Lacey at Madison Reed today! Loved the color and how conditioned my hair felt afterwards! I also loved the self-styling bar as I do prefer the way that I blow dry and style my hair and I appreciated being able to try out their hair styling products. Highly recommend!

Yes! I do recommend the Maddison Reed hair color bar at UTC. The Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, quick and masterful at applying color. The color does not seem overly harsh or have smelly chemicals.

My girlfriend told me about this women owned company... I'm so glad she did. I've only had great experiences at the La Jolla location. everyone greets you when you walk in and also knows your name, Which makes me feel great as a customer. The girls do a great job no matter which stylist I get they take the time to go over the color with me and they all have great attitudes. I would totally recommend this Company to anyone that is looking for a great color bar.
