Today I'm writing a new review for Madison Reed, based on my recent experience with their demi-permanent hair color at home. Wow! What a difference. I had been trying to grow out my grays, and flirting with how to work the gray into my color. I decided to do a little experimenting at home. Had an ok experience but after many years of contemplating I decided to get highlights and showed the colorist what I wanted and pictures of what I did not want. She reassured me that she knew what I did not want and that helped. She put the foils in and left as her shift was over!! I didn't realize this until her assistant washed and toned my hair and I noticed the brassy red highlights (which I did not want). She told me she would text the colorist and let her know. I went in for a root touch up and service was GREAT!!! Rose who is also a colorist, rinsed my hair and gave me the BEST massage. Even though staff was busy, they were very pleasant and made me feel as if I was the only one in the room. Rose, I am definitely coming back for another massage. Without me asking, this location refunded me the cost of the blowout. I really appreciate the follow up to ensure the customer is satisfied, doesn't seem like many companies care anymore and this was a pleasant surprise! A big thank you to this MR location, I'll definitely be back!

have been dying my hair with Madison for a year now and I absolutely love it. The team is professional welcoming, and they make the entire process so easy no mess no stress doing it on my own. Excellent first time experience! I had Fey who did a great job. I had the roots, gloss and deep conditioner service and loved the results. Everyone was so nice and the salon was beautiful. I will definitely be back!

I have been going here since they opened - and it's on the best experiences I have with a salon. They don't cut here but do color processes & give you the choice to dry your hair yourself so you don't have to pay the extra. I go for my roots & twice a year I get accent highlights/balayage (only a some pieces that frame my face) I am a member of the hair club (Limitless Pro)- $55/month and you can get your roots done once every 6 weeks (and that's normally how often I go. I had the best experience here. Made a last minute appointment, which is so easy to do, on line. Faye was my colorist and she did an amazing job! Everything was great and I'm super happy with how it turned out.

I love the ease of appointments and price! I love their products . Especially the gloss. You pay extra if the dry or blow dry.
