Second visit was absolutely a nightmare. The worst experience I've ever had in a salon. The colorist name was Katy/ Kristy. From the very first sentence. I asked her if I can see the same same person from my last visit. Her response we don't do that here. If you are looking for a colorist that you want to keep seeing this is not the place for you! Just don't complain about your neck itching a little when they leave on too much color on it and didn't use any barrier cream, or they'll drop you as a customer. Seriously. Somehow it's MY fault they made my neck itch by not wiping off the excess and shampooing properly.
I wasn't very impressed with the quality of the product. The stylists were very sweet and the salon is clean and brand new. I didn't like the final look on the color my balayage. I got a weird band where my old blond was not blended with the touch up the Madison Reed stylist made. Afterwards I noticed that my hair was extremely frizzy. The toner didn't last after 2 washes. The color was so off and brassy. I will not be back. I wasn't going to write a review but I really hope to spare anyone the trouble of getting a bad hair ... read more

My second visit here was a miss. Barrier cream was not added before the color application, so I had a strip of faded dye all around the sides of my face and forehead, in my ears, and on my left cheek after the wash. I opt to style my own hair because all I was going to do was walk around the mall and shop since this was my one day off after a busy week.
