People are great!!! Had a bad experience with color (turned out too ashy) 3 days ago. The manager emailed me and offered to resolve the color issue. Today, I went in and 30 min later the color was corrected on a complimentary basis. Thank you, Madison Reed!

All the crew was wonderful, no complaints there. My hair color turned out very different than expected. I went for a medium blonde and got a dark ash blonde, really ash. No idea what to do at this point.
