The staff was friendly and professional, and the color turned out beautiful and natural. The salon is clean, modern, and very welcoming. I'll definitely come back again!

I love this place. I have been a member for a while now and I travel 30 min to get here. I wish they would open a location in Oak Park or on the west side of chicago where a lot of retirees live. Lots of storefronts available in the Brickyard Mall! Would be perfect.

I had a fantastic experience at this Madison Reed salon. I have stubborn hard to color white hair, 80% white. My expectations of results were not high but I was pleasantly surprised. 100% coverage, beautiful color, great service. I also got a blow out which looks great. My hair is dry and often blow outs look frizzy right after I leave the salon but this one looks perfect and bouncy. I keep getting compliments on it. This is my second visit to Lincoln Park location. First time it was awesome! Color was great, colorist was engaging and checked in often, shampoo was really good. Second appointment was not that great. The color is still great and I guess maybe that should be enough, but it has to be the whole experience. Colorist did the color and that was all, shampoo person got my shirt wet, sprayed my face- dry bar was dirty. Still bought a membership, but it was not really explained...my bad. Experienced and friendly staff - efficient, skilled and on time! It was my first experience a Madison Reed Salon. I use the product at home but will return to this salon and let a professional colorist do it! Great experience!

This shop is well run and my hair always turned out perfect! I bought a monthly subscription and it is such a bargain! Brittany, who is the manager... is the best!

I've had my membership for a few months now and I've been happy with all of my services & service providers. I have the unlimited pro $65 because I like roots touched when I want them touched. I also like the product that I've used the hair mask etc. My only hold back on the star is I think the corporate should just up the fee for basic blow dry billed into the membership. Also at their self blow dry stations I find their brushes aren't good for my full head of hair which is annoying & maybe they could add a flat iron or... read more
