They got me back in today and a lady (I think her name starts with an S - very nice) She did a great job! Fixed it all up, gave a great relaxing wash and styled my hair after. Though quite a hassle to go back, Thank you for making it right. I appreciate the correction

I've been coming to Madison Reed for several months now and I still love it. I had a partial highlight in the fall by Samah and she did a fantastic job! My hair color is absolutely perfect and it looks so natural. Samah's recommendation on color with my skin tone was so on point and I'm so pleased. The Madison Reed products are great too!

Desperate for a touch up during vacation, I thought I'd give Madison Reed a try. Bravo to my colorist, Sara, and assistant Kaylen, who did a fabulous job on my blow out. Color, gloss and blow out took some time (2.25 hours) but my hair looks fantastic. I hope they see my review and know I appreciate their work.

I normally have my hair colored at the salon, but I couldn't get an appointment so I bought the hair dye instead to do it myself. When I was getting prepared to color my hair. I noticed that there were no instructions in the kit I called customer service. The girl that answered was very helpful and gave me the instructions through text. When I went to wash my hair, the instructions said to use the second set of gloves and there was not a second set in the kit.

I love my membership here! After corporate took care of my previous incident, Julie the manager has been really accommodating and helps with my appointments a lot now. I like that I can come whenever I want on my monthly membership and never have to worry about white hairs or damaging my hair by coloring :)
