i tried calling to change color that is being delivered. long wait never spoke to anyone so i opted for the text still no response. went into the salon in newport very nice but too busy and short staffed. the color i am getting is 7 something and is too brassy magenta. i really don't want to waste an afternoon dealing with this. the self coloring is easy and convenient. wish there were more choices and a way to blend colors .

Outstanding and unexpectedly personal service. I was a walk-in on 2/10/23, certainly not expecting to receive color service at that time. Thought I could make an appointment for a later date, but the manager, Julia?, made space for me. She was knowledgeable, professional, and warmly welcomed me. even served me hot green tea, which relaxed me. I would like to express my appreciation fie the wonderful crew who work at the fashion island salon, their attitude goes far beyond their duties and responsibilities, they are very professional, up to date, kind, and make you fell like a million bucks!!! Especially after arrival of their new manager, she is just AWESOME!!

Wow...If anyone needs a root touch-up and/or any services Madison Reed provides...you must ask for Allon. He is truly the best in his field...so grateful and blessed I had him worked on my hair. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and he makes sure the color(s) is/are a perfect match for you. Lauren did such a wonderful job on my hair! She colored my roots beautifully and gave me a fantastic blow out after. She's professional, funny, and very talented. The color bar is clean and sparkles. Mark, the customer experience manager, was also a shining star in my day. He came over to my chair and checked in on me several times. He has a great personality and makes customers smile!
