Number one they advertise they are a fraction of the cost of a standard salon. They are exactly the same price with a Super Cuts experience. Who pays more for a blow dry with a touch up color of a hundred bucks!!! They have very misleading ads.

Extremely unprofessional! They are confused about the appointment process and do not care about the client! Staff is not confident in what they do, or what they offer and really don't seem to have integrity about the company. Won't ever go back.

The customer service, hair color also price for ONLY route color was awful and disaster .

There was no way for me to reply. Your manager said she issued the credit, but it still has not appeared on my credit statement and it has been over 10 days. I did not give my name as I did not want to be in the system, however, I was helped by the manager. If you give me a contact # I would be happy to call you. Thanks
