Absolutely 11/10 recommend! Cara was so nice and made sure I loved my hair before leaving. The experience was truly amazing and everyone was very welcoming & friendly. I wanted a new change and I am so happy with the results! A HUGE thank you to everyone at Madison Reed Hair - I love the new me!

This is such a cute little place. Super convenient , and I love it that you can buy their product and use it at home . It's clean and not pretentious at all. They only do hair coloring , so no cuts .

Unprofessional Behavior from One Stylist Ruined My Visit to Newport Beach Salon. I have been going there for three months, and the last time I went there. I had a very bad experience. The stylist who did my root touch up was very nice and helped me pick the right shade, but I later noticed that the gray hair in the middle part of my scalp wasn't fully covered. It took 3 hours to color, wash and blow dry my hair. They also started 20 minutes late. It was way too long. I had two people working on my hair. One was a trainee. The main woman was bad mouthing the trainee. I thought that was very unprofessional.

Service and quality of work need a lot of improvement. So inconsistent, you get someone new every time. My first two visits went well but it's been downhill since then. I'll try a different location before I give up on the brand but it would be amazing if they can get it together at this location considering it's the closest to my home.

Overall a pretty disappointing experience. I booked a full color and blowout. Overall spent nearly 4 hours here from start to finish. No beverage/water offered, and it's expensive for the experience that you get. My hair also feels pretty dry and crunchy after, and I do regular roots

Daniel was amazing and I would come back for him but Elon (not sure if spelling is correct) was very disappointing. We were there for a fun girl day and asked about wine and one of the managers said that sushi Roku had wine. We had two glasses brought over and Elon came over and said it was not allowed and we were offending the other patrons. Turns out Elon was wrong. We would've signed up for their memberships and referred many others but it turned out to be a less than pleasant experience thanks to Elon.

I had a good experience until I didn't. I was overcharged, wasn't given the correct total, and figured out the real total once I received my credit card bill. This was the final straw for me. I canceled my membership after realizing that no one wanted to help me figure this out. Now, I received my credit card bill, and again, they charged me. I am disappointed in my visit to this location. No barrier cream was put on my skin and there is a huge amount of discolored skin around my hairline, about 1/2 inch thick in several places. I did not have my hair washed at the appropriate time and was left waiting much longer than the color should have been left on. Once I pushed the point, they did get someone to wash my hair.
