Lauren did such a wonderful job on my hair! She colored my roots beautifully and gave me a fantastic blow out after. She's professional, funny, and very talented. The color bar is clean and sparkles. Mark, the customer experience manager, was also a shining star in my day. He came over to my chair and checked in on me several times. He has a great personality and makes customers smile! Thank you!

Absolutely 11/10 recommend! Cara was so nice and made sure I loved my hair before leaving. The experience was truly amazing and everyone was very welcoming & friendly. I wanted a new change and I am so happy with the results! A HUGE thank you to everyone at Madison Reed Hair - I love the new me!

This is such a cute little place. Super convenient , and I love it that you can buy their product and use it at home . It's clean and not pretentious at all. They only do hair coloring , so no cuts .
Booked a highlight appointment with a specific stylist at Madison Reed Fashion Island, but she wasn't available when I arrived -- no call, no heads-up. Instead of accommodating me, they suggested canceling my appointment altogether. My experience: The stylist who did my hair was rude about the mix-up, and afterward my hairbrush was packed with an alarming amount of hair. Would not recommend for color services.

Unprofessional Behavior from One Stylist Ruined My Visit to Newport Beach Salon. I have been going there for three months, and the last time I went there. I had a very bad experience. The stylist who did my root touch up was very nice and helped me pick the right shade, but I later noticed that the gray hair in the middle part of my scalp wasn't fully covered. It took 3 hours to color, wash and blow dry my hair. They also started 20 minutes late. It was way too long. I had two people working on my hair. One was a trainee. The main woman was bad mouthing the trainee. I thought that was very unprofessional.
