Could not get anyone on the phone after several attempts throughout the day. People still use phones especially when driving to call and make appointments. It can't always be through an app.

I have never had such a bad experience ever. The person at San Ramon refused to accommodate 15 minute late despite knowing that parking is an issue at the location. I tried explaining that I have been hunting for parking. She even refused to give me a box instead of appointment. Bad customer service. I asked her to look in my history if I was ever late which I haven't, not even once. Hope there is a better service out there. That was a last push I needed to cancel membership.

I am out of town so I had to call for a reschedule. I have never been there and decided to try Madison Reed for root touch up hoping I may like my experience & schedule monthly appts. I called today 3/26 and Danielle answered, she was so unwelcoming and rude. Not a good experience so I will cancel my first appt, I sure do not want her to do my hair with such bad attitude. My call was simple so no justification for her rudeness.

I was sitting here in the chair and so furiously mad about the girl who first assisted me since my scalp is still hurting while I'm writing this, her name is Marlee. My hair is in a bun and didn't comb it for a day. I remove my bun and she comb it forcefully. I told her, "you're hurting me". She still continues to comb it, didn't disregard that my hair is falling out from her brushing forcefully and my scalp is hurting. Please be considerate of your customer's time. I had specifically called to see if I could pick up my color. You could have informed me that the store was closing an hour early on Sunday! If your store hours are what you advertise them to be; you should keep if open till then. Or at least inform your clients especially if you know they're on their way. So unprofessional!

Bad business practice! The manager had an employee stop blow drying half way through to go and shampoo another client. If over booked the Salon should reschedule their clients instead of doing this. Very disappointed

This place is like a step above super cuts without the haircut. Unqualified, unprofessional stylists. I went in for a gloss and my colorist NEVER introduced herself, barely spoke, just slopped the cream on my hair and left. I tried making conversation and even asked questions about my hair care, and got nothing but "I don't know" or "I'm not sure" in response. Would not go back. My regular hair stylist was unavailable, I and needed a root touchup for a little more than 1/4 inch growth. The stylist at Madison Reed colored at least 2 inches from the roots into my highlights. I told her I use the MR root touchup duo in Medium Brown. The color she used was a black brown that was not right at all!!
