My first time and not going back! I think you guys should just stick to root colors only. I had balayage done and so bad. The balayage is uneven and chunky instead of smooth. And then I have to blow dry my own hair LOL.

Shame on you folks - Sure, my wife was 15 minutes late in reaching your place. The fact that she was treated so shabbily that she came back home in tears. She is the kind of person who won't even write a negative review online and so I'm compelled to do so. Terrible customer service. I walked in and walked right out after speaking with the stylist - who apparently is also the manager of the location. She seated me at a dirty chair & was so rude overall. I can't trust someone like that with my hair.

If I can give a 0 I would have, horrible service on the app and in the store. Please don't b join unless you want to be fraud. They falsify the promo code and charge you full when you dispute and show the promo code you booked on the app they pretend they don't understand English. The manager has no relationship building skills. I have pictures below, this is basically fraud, I would never go back. At the end she had the nerve to ask me to tip after my whole experience.

One of the worst experiences I had. Very bad customer care and service. I had an appointment and I was running a few minutes late , I called when I was close, left a message that I'm running late. What's the point of calling if they don't receive the message. If I cancel the appointment they'll charge me for canceling. If I show up a few minutes late after calling they don't help me with the appointment. I wait there for some more time. Don't go their if you are blonde, they are so used to doing darker hair that they do not know the answers I asked about coloring my blonde hair. They did not know and did not have a strawberry blonde color that would work.

Why is it so hard to make an Appointment? I have never been there. I couldn't find it on my first try and I called to tell them that and they tried to charge me $50 for missing the appointment, tried to book again, they asked for a promo code. I only wanted my roots done and I don't have a promo code. No one at the salon is available to talk to. What is this membership about? Review is a bit overdue, but I can assure you that this unfortunate appointment remains fresh in my mind. I normally order the box of color to do myself at home, but I had already had it for about a month + kept making excuses not to do it myself. A complete waste of money. Roots are a different color than the ends. Blow dry? A pile of garbage. They don't have the time to get it right although it comes with a $50 price tag. Go to a real salon and save yourself the hassle. Fool me once...you know the saying. Never again.
