Horrible place to go. Your hair will fall out and they do not know how to match your roots with your hair color.

If you want to burn your hair and BLEACH your dress don't look any further than this place. Consolation price being i was not charged for destroying my hair. Their "BUSY" district manager is supposed to get back to me when her time permits !!!!

I was really hoping I'd love this place since it's conveniently located. However, my experience could not have been more unpleasant. The worst part was the actual hair color was completely not what we discussed. Never again.....please let me know how to contact you as requested below..

I have coming here since they opened. I am part of the loyalty membership where I can get unlimited roots. First, the color is beautiful. I love the products and the color is similar to natural hair color. However, there are two reasons for the 2 stars. First, I originally started this subscription paying about $60, and now... $80!! My hair color got messed up. I was here yesterday for roots and gloss service. The lady who colored my hair asked me twice if I want to use the same color (umbria-light brown) and I said yes. When I got home with completely dry hair, I noticed that my roots are a lot darker than the rest of my hair. I checked my Madison account for my orders, and there I saw that she put the color Torino-(dark brown )instead of the color I had on my previous order. Im so disappointed. I used to love coming to this location and have been for over a year! Allison the previous manager always paid attention to her clients needs and preferences!
