Visited Maggie McFly's for the first time yesterday. I'll start with the positives. Really nice atmosphere, clean open kitchen, you can see your meal get cooked, if preferred. Large booths and ample seating. They have quite a few gluten free options/substitutions and the food was actually really good with large portions. Priced menu items are ok ($9.99 for a wedge salad, I thought was a little pricey). Hi Rachel, I apologize for the long wait. We did have quite a few large parties from all of the graduations in the area. We do try our very best to be extra prepared for these events, but we are a scratch kitchen and to time the different items to come out at the same time can be quite difficult. Four of us went to Maggie's to celebrate a birthday. We ordered a bottle of prosecco, then waited 15-20 minutes for that to come. After 30 minutes she took our order and when the food finally came 35 minutes later out of 4 people 2 orders were wrong. She had no idea what she was doing. The service was deplorable!!!

Food was only OK and service was below normal. A family of 9 left a hockey game and were headed home. We called Maggie's from the car and they told us the wait was10 minutes. We told them no problem we were 15 minutes out and left our name. When we arrived we were told it was a 30 minute wait. Of the 9 of us 3 were kids. We would have gone somewhere else if we knew we had to wait 30 minutes. We waited anyway. The server took forever to get to our table. When she finally arrived she took our order. Not very good not very clean outdoors area repulsive the food was good but the flies were all over the place

Employees get rowdy and drink a lot after their shift at the bar. You can hear them from the bathrooms. Shot after shot after shot screaming "shots! shots! shots!". I recommend going to this place before all the employees get off and start drinking. It happens pretty much every weekend I go. It would be a nice place otherwise. Food is good.

Terrible experience every time. Last time I got my app before our drinks. This time over 15 minutes and no server ever came over. Finally got server and put order in Then the server assured that they would discount check for our wait. Never got offered 2nd drink...had to send back veggie burger because it was completely mush.. They took off the veggie burger because we didn't want another one, I was finished with my lunch that we shared, however then the server brought it out anyway. The place looked like a tornado went through it! The floors were all full of napkins and other debris. Just very unappealing. Also the manager's shirt was filthy and the waitress said that she was looking for the bar tender after I ordered some wine. Very unprofessional. Not returning to this establishment ever!

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Food is terrible and staff is rude! Went there for Mother's Day buffet which was overpriced for the small variety of terrible food they offered. We had a 1:00 pm reservation and weren't seated til 1:30, then we were rushed off our table less than an hour later..there were 9 of us! We were even approached twice to leave because they needed the table, even when we were already standing putting our coats on. Don't offer a late night menu if you not going to uphold it. I come here every week late because my jobs keep me from eating during the day. Every week I come and every week it's a oh sorry whoops. I also have to send people to late night menus thus Maggie mcflys. I now have to reconsider. Thanks for wasting my time and hopes.
