I had my love one in Rafael Convalescent Hospital acquired by Marin Post Acute on April 2017 the facility has experienced a serious decline. Many employees have left, and the new ones are not good enough, I try to check her at least 4 times /week and feed her so I was aware of the change and deterioration of quality of service there, the quality of patient care and the cleanliness of the facility has deteriorated. she was left soiled and dirty, she did not received any more daily shower, and the place has an terrible smell... read more
