About 18 months ago we decided on ditching the old oil burning furnace and taking advantage of the EPUD offer and tax rebates a heat pump would afford us. I did my homework, we called 5 companies and got 4 bids on unit and the work. Marshall's came in really competitively and they handled all the paperwork for tax credits and rebates. Since I had a good experience with Marshalls during the installation of our gas stove I decided to get a quote from them for a gas insert stove for our old fireplace. After setting up the appointment for the next day with Andy, I waited at home for an hour before calling Marshalls and was told that they made a mistake and they would send someone over right away. Company must have so much business they can gouge everyone and still keep their business running. Get ready for poor customer service and the most expensive prices in town.

This company was fast in install my ductless heatpump but when it came time for some customer service they were gone. I called them 4 times with a small billing question and I could not even get a call back. I would never use this company again.
