As a loyal customer since 2005, we have been absolutely pleased with their service and prices for maintenance and repairs of our two 20+ year old heat pumps. Theo has maintained them several times and is awesome in having spare parts and keeping everything running smoothly. He just completed the annual maintenance and recommended a quick fix that will save us big during the summer months when the AC is needed. We highly recommend Marshall's, they are the best!

Marshall's just completed a conversion from electric to gas for us. Prompt and neat. They installed a new gas water heater and a GREAT fireplace insert, while I added a Wolf cooktop. We will add more in the future. As an addition to the process we wanted a new hood over the cooktop (replacing a recirculating unit). Some significant ducting challenges were overcome by the imagination and diligence of Rich and Rick. Thanks guys for a job well done

Theo came out to repair our Bryant system and was able to find a faulty fan Moyer. Way to go with excellent customer service. Have used this company since 2003, they are amazing and through. Thanks so much for doing an A Plus job Theo.

We've had our Bryant heat/AC system from Marshalls through the winter and into summer. Theo was just out for a service adjustment, and he rocked it. Great diagnosis, excellent adjustment, and great advice on how to get more out of our investment in this system. We are just simply delighted with this team.

Cary came out to do a service maintenance on my furnace. He was fast, polite, and very helpful. In addition to the service he helped me with 3 other things I had questions about: insulation in the attic by the furnace, the pull down ladder that leads to the attic and my water heater. I always use Marshall's because they are gentlemen, knowledgeable and dependable.

Our older gas fireplace quit working at the end of November. My husband did what he could to try & fix it but it was time to call in the experts. Theo C. was the repair person & was friendly & professional. He wore foot booties & carefully covered the area in front of the fireplace to protect the rug. Theo fixed the problem, cleaned the inside & the glass. The old fireplace never looked or worked so good. I highly recommend them. Thanks for a great job, Theo!

The professionals at Marshalls were awesome to work with as we completely remodeled our 100 year old house in Eugene. From crawlspace to roof insulation, Marshalls did all HVAC and insulation for us, and they were great to work with for the whole project. Everyday this summer when I returned home on these very hot days I am thankful that I have Marshall's Inc service my air conditioner and have them maintain it. I have dealt with Marshalls for over 4 years. We had them install a new gas furnace and air conditioning unit. They have always had great service and very prompt. Today I had my annual service done by one of their service Techs Keith. He was amazing, he was so detailed orientated and knowledgeable! He changed my great service, to outstanding service! Thank you Keith for going that extra mile for your customers. You are now my preferred service tech!!!
