We were told at purchase that it was 3-4 weeks out and we would be installed by the July 4th. Got our call for install and said the best they could do would be July 13.... that is 7-8 weeks from order.....just a little off....

We did like the awning that we purchased from our local supplier and installer, but when it broke because the awning was defective the Vp of operation who I contacted was convinced that it was my fault and that the awnings remote had extended the awning out while in a drawer in 20 mph winds. I mentioned that Mary grove had stated that their awnings were able to handle up to 25-30 mph winds he denied that was ever said or in print. In there website it does state this. Multiple problems: Waited forever for the screens, wind sensor was adjusted to a very sensitive setting, had to manually retract the awning during a power outage and the awning fabric stretched out of shape. Now, we can't drop the shade screen without it falling out of the center brackets! Every single issue is at least a week for service! REALLY? NEVER AGAIN!

The awning looks great. No problem. Service is the big problem. My awning is not large, only about 10 feet wide. It is on a condo. I bought it about 4 yrs ago. In Oct. or 2015 I called because one of the arms was not closing completely. They came out and using a cell phone device they reprogrammed it. I asked about it happening again and I was told "It will NEVER happen again". I paid $80.00 service fee. In August of 2016 (10 months) I called because the arm would not close. They came out and used the cell phone to reprogram... read more

Every time you call them they say their computer not working and tell you they will call you back but they don't. Also I placed an order in May 12th and they forgot to put my order though. Till I called 2 weeks later then I they gave me a run around for 2 months till last week when they came to install and left 6 big pile of dirt and told me to get rid of it. Who does that???
