We contracted Marygrove for awning work at one of our customer's restaurants that we handle facilities for. From start to finish they were professional, prompt and fair on price. Very easy to work with and will most defiantly use them again if the opportunity comes up.

George and his helper showed up on time. Asked a few questions about where we wanted awning centered. On porch. Install was quick, clean. George went over operation of the awning. Overall installation less than 2 hours. Works great. They even cleaned up drill dust from our deck! I highly recommend marygrove awnings over other products.

Haven't used awning in a while so contacted them about having someone come out and inspect and make sure everything is working properly. Will be out next week to check that everything is working properly. Customer service rep was very nice and friendly and easy to talk to about setting up appointment. I thought is was a little expensive for the service I requested.

Had trouble with my roof after installation of the awning. The fault was with the roof, not the awning. The sunroom roof had not been built to code so needed reinforcement to support the awning. Long story short, the roofers had not properly installed the new roof so we spent almost a year tracking down leaks. Marygrove has been wonderfully patient and helpful through all of this. Bottom line, great company and even better awning. Would recommend them to anyone.

I bought an awning in 2010. The warranty was for 10 years. I called today, June 2, 2021 for service. I spoke with Ariane and she was great! Very nice, professional and accommodating. She scheduled someone to come with no charge to me. Now, that is what I call wonderful customer service. A five star rating. Yolanda C.

So far based on Carlos the Sales Representative they are excellent. He gave his presentation in a very professional and friendly way. We were very comfortable with him. There was never any pressure. We ordered and our install is scheduled for May 5th. So far so good!
