We met with Jason Crutchfield on May 16. He was very informative and professional. He explained the entire process and options, we placed our order that day. The installation was completed today June 7th. The installer’s Shawn and Matt were super efficient, organized and did a great job showing how to operate the awning. I highly recommend this company, they are a pleasure to work with from start to finish. My only regret is not contacting Marygrove Awnings 4 years ago when we first bought our home!! I had a retractable awning installed on my Portsmouth, NH roof deck. The price was very competitive and they had nice fabric options. For the installation Justin and Ray were amazing! They were efficient, friendly and very helpful in maneuvering my deck items. I am loving the look and shade of my awning and it is so easy to use.

We ordered a retractable awning in early May 2023, it was installed June 1, 2023. We wish we would have done this sooner. Our courtyard porch gets direct sun mid-day making it way too hot to sit outside; this awning solved that issue. The saleswoman was not pushy at all, she knew what she was doing, the installers did a great job and of course the manufacturing facility people in Michigan created a beautiful awning that comes with a great warranty on fabric, parts, mechanicals. We just like to say how pleased we were with our installers Justin & Ray on April 30th. First of all they called to let us know when to expect them. Arrived on time and went right to work in the rain. Installation went smoothly and they left our deck completely clean. Justin took the time to show us how to operate the awning and answer all our questions. I would highly recommend Marygrove to friends and family.

Great experience! Sales person, Alex, was personable without a hard sell attitude. Installation by Jessee and his team was great. Extremely nice guys who demonstrated and answered all my questions. They did a very professional job! Very pleased so far.
