A total professional experience. I am pleased to see that customer satisfaction is still a priority with some companies and more than pleased to see that the employees I have dealt with seem to enjoy their jobs and making customers happy. I am sure that when you sell a good product and when you have great employees working for you that things good smooth. I salute Marygrove for all the above. This awning was something my dad was wanting for the back of the house. I could not have asked for better service from Jason Crutchfield to the two gentlemen who came out and installed the awning. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing an awning.

We can't use our deck as often as we would like because of overhead sun for most of the day. We contacted Marygrove to inquire about a retractable awning. Sales rep, Miaya Foley, came out the following day and presented the features of Marygrove's product, answered our questions and gave us a price. Our retractable awning was installed today. It is beautiful and everything we were looking for. Our installers Bobby and Kyle did a great job. They were prompt, polite, and professional. It only took about a hour to set things up and i am currently under it now enjoying a cold beer. Thank you so much Bobby, Kyle, and Marygrove.

I love our awning the quality is excellent and the convenience of retractable is great. I can now enjoy our back patio from the sun. The rep Jason Crutchfield was so helpful with any questions we had. The installer were very friendly and helpful explaining everything we need to know. I love the beautiful of my awning.

When my brother's group home had a major malfunction with the awning due to intense wind gusts, customer service rep Ariane and her manager Rachel came to the rescue! They understood the extraordinary quality-of-life need for the guys to be able sit outside + be shielded from the intense sun. Chris came out right away and fixed everything, with no fee. The staff was amazed, and along with the guys, so grateful. Thank you for that corporate act of kindness! It really made a difference.

We have enjoyed our Marygrove awning for about six years. All interactions with the company have been positive. With the assistance of Ariane, Jaydin and Corbin, we arranged to have our awning removed, prior to having our house painted, then reinstalled. Each one was pleasant and friendly. I have no reservations in highly recommending Marygrove as a good company to hire.
