Our awning is not very old, maybe 2-3 years. Our remote quit working, so I called to get some help. I spoke with a very nice young lady that said it would be replaced at no charge for the remote, but we needed to pay shipping. she said she would get it right out and 2 days later we received it! Today I was trying to get it paired with the awning and couldn't get it to work, It is Sunday so I send a message on the website, within a couple minutes I received a message from Jennifer ,with a YouTube video on how to pair th... read more

Our patio was too hot from the sun to enjoy, so we contacted Marygrove. We are very pleased with everything from the prompt sales quote with suggestions for only needed features, scheduling, to the installation. Everyone was courteous and explanations were clear and the price was right. We are looking forward to using our new awning.

This is my second review on my awning installation. A very nice young, named Al, came today to do some outside electrical work. He explained everything thoroughly and finished in a timely fashion. I only need some warmer days to enjoy my new awning. Thanks again Al!
