It was easy and a real pleasure dealing with everyone involved with our new awning. All were extremely professional and friendly from the quote process to the install. We here at the Redford Chamber of Commerce would highly recommend them for any of you awning needs.
I had a 19’ 4” wide x 10’ projection installed in 2012. It was such a life saver for us so we could enjoy our deck during the midday sun. This year I noticed a slight wear in the fabric and called Marygrove. They sent someone out within a week to assess the problem and within a week the problem was resolved. We just had our new awning installed by Marygrove and LOVE it! Everyone was so helpful and our sales rep, David T., was fabulous! The install team was fast, polite, and went thru all the new features on the awning. Highly recommend them!
I didn't need a fancy awning, I just needed something fixed that would shade and protect my door wall. I was extremely happy with everything from sales, service, quality and of course the overall look of my new awning. It was beyond what I imagined, I was so happy with it that I have since ordered another for over my window.
Marygrove sales were polite, held my quoted price and delivered in a big professional way. Phone follow ups and scheduling was perfect. The techs; Both were well prepared, operated as a well oiled team. Installed my replacement fabric, cleaned and lubricated the mechanics.
