Called on Thursday 3/25 .. Estimate done on Saturday 3/27.. Order placed on Monday 3/29.. Install will be 4/15! That's SERVICE .. ! The people I dealt with at Marygrove were all professionals and did everything in their power to help me surprise my wife for her 75th birthday, with this present of a beautiful Marygrove Awning. We had an retractable awning installed last season and today I called to schedule an appointment because I was having an issue removing the battery cover on the wind sensor and know that an installation crew would be in the neighborhood this weekend. I spoke to an amazing, friendly and helpful customer service rep. named Ariane. I explained my situation and she was able to schedule my service call for the same day the crew was going to be in the neighborhood....such great customer service!

Prompt, friendly and professional service. They worked hard to accommodate my schedule.
I was recently told from my dermatologist, that I have skin cancer from the sun!! To stay out of the sun as much as possible. So, now [is] the time for us to get a retractable awning. We contacted Marygrove to replace a rolling shutter on a 6' patio door. Our salesperson David T. was excellent. No pressure, good price, very knowledgeable. Installation was great. Showed up on time and called first. One minor issue but it was resolved the next day, The rolling shutter looks great and works perfectly. Always kept informed on the order progress.
