signed up for services... was to get initial treatment 4 days ago. no one showed. I called and after numerous apologies... was told the general manager Bob would call me. that was Tues. I called Fri, 10/7. Bob was helpful and we scheduled for today, Sat. 10/8. I asked for early appt so I can get my day started. tech called yesterday and left message that he would be here at 8am. Absolutely horrible experience, we hired them to complete work and are irrigation system and they wanted to charge us for work that was not completed. After weeks of back and forth and trying to get them to complete the job, which generally included them not showing up on time, if they even bothered to show up at all for scheduled appointments. Absolutely the worst lawn care service I've ever had in my entire life. They've treated my yard for almost a year and my yard is full of weeds. They come out twice with the so-called manager and he said it was lack of water. Mind you this was during the monsoon season in Florida. They suck don't ever give them a dime.

Infuriated. Tech scheduled 11-1. 1:16 call office. Tech calls me 1:20. Says oh I was in the area before 11 so went on to Canyon Lake can be there by 2 pm. 2:20 call office again as still no tech. Now they can try to send someone between 4-6 pm. I've been a customer of theirs since they bought out the previous company. So now I'm expected to sit around ALL DAY for service that was to happen from 11-1. Lots of pest control services out there. Bubye Massey my time is as valuable as yours.

I'VE USED SEVERAL PEST CONTROL COMPANYS OVER THE YEARS.ALL WERE EXPENSIVE ,WITH POOR RESULTS. SO I FINALLY CALLED MASSEY SERVICES. PROBLEMS SOLVED!THEY WERE QUICK TO RESPOND TO NEW PROBLEMS AS WELL.I'VE SAVED MONEY IN THE LONG RUN.BEST CALL I'VE EVER MADE.HIGHLY RECOMMEND MASSEY SERVICES IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND FROM PESTS.

When you call them with a problem especially with the lawn service they always talk a big game on how they will get everything right but never come back out so me as customer has to follow up to see when they will be out because they never show up on day they say they will come. If they are going to kill my lawn I can kill it for free instead of paying to have it killed

tell your driver in truck 714027 heading north on i95 through palm beach and Martin county that the left lane is for passing, not for blocking traffic so don't have to change lanes the dozens of cars passing you on your right should have been a clue. I don't want anyone that inconsiderate or ignorant at my house.

Bought my home a year ago brand new with a new lawn. I hired Massey to provide weed and feed treatments. Two days ago, I went outside and pulled weeds from the lawn. Filled up a 30-gallon trash bag and am only half done. As far as I can tell, the monthly "treatments" are accomplishing nothing and my lawn is rapidly regressing. I'm cancelling.

Yard has never looked so horrible. Your people don’t mow entire yard, take care of weeds, or return phone calls. Have been threatened with fine for grass and weeds that you were supposed to be taking care of. Nothing but lies and false promises when you finally do get to talk to someone. The worst lawn service I could ever imagine.
