I came here to check reviews since I am having such a problem with this company. Judging by the comments I am not the only one. Why not just pack it in? Very shady. The first guy to come out brushed my house. Then told me he would be back in 30 days. I called they never showed up. I was told he was supposed to treat the lawn. Again he only brushed the house. Update ( from ⭐ to ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) When I wrote this review (below) 11 months ago I had no intentions on staying with Massey. What's transpired over this time completely changed my mind. I was contacted by Bryan Lawrence and he came to see what was going on. He corrected some mistakes and talked me through what he was going to do. I was grateful for the correction but still lacked trust that it would be good going forward. That's changed. Massey at 1st was good but then new people started coming and ruined our lawn. They killed the grass, there is a bunch of different weeds all over and they do nothing. We have called multiple times and we always get “ manager will call you shortly” and they never do. Last time they came they said “ manager is scheduled to come and inspect and nothing yet.. Really irresponsable from their end . But they are fast to collect payment when they come. 😡 BAD BAD!!!!!
They can't even do a yearly termite inspection . Pitiful employes!
Massey Services have been caring for my lawn services and pest control for the past 3 years. My lawn currently looks worse than it did when I purchased the property. All I get are excuses. They clearly do not stand behind their services and I would not recommend them. They are total waste of money

Do NOT recommend. They said we had too many weeds for them to treat the yard for weeds. We are calling a competitor! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
THIS COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE. You can read reviews similar to mine below, which accurately explain their poor rating. My fault for not doing my due diligence. I paid for a year of lawn care, basically they come out bi-monthly and seed, fertilize or whatever needs to be done. On their most recent visit (my second) month they came at 7:18am, walked around my around for about 10 minutes spritzing every few feet. Massy is the worst pest control, massy came out Friday I ask the to spray the whole house all he did was the kitchen,he did not go in laundry rm, bedroom, bathroom I'm infested with roaches. I live at springgate apt they coming to this complex for two yrs.massy can't do there job. I'm having to bomb my own apartment buy my own spray and do myself. if I'm going to rate them their quality of work is a 0 if I get any lower than 0. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MASSY. you will regret it.
