THIS COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE. You can read reviews similar to mine below, which accurately explain their poor rating. My fault for not doing my due diligence. I paid for a year of lawn care, basically they come out bi-monthly and seed, fertilize or whatever needs to be done. On their most recent visit (my second) month they came at 7:18am, walked around my around for about 10 minutes spritzing every few feet. Massy is the worst pest control, massy came out Friday I ask the to spray the whole house all he did was the kitchen,he did not go in laundry rm, bedroom, bathroom I'm infested with roaches. I live at springgate apt they coming to this complex for two yrs.massy can't do there job. I'm having to bomb my own apartment buy my own spray and do myself. if I'm going to rate them their quality of work is a 0 if I get any lower than 0. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MASSY. you will regret it.
If the driver of a Massey truck I encountered today is representative of the company they need to be put out of business. In a hurry on my way to work traveling on a 2 lane divided Ave. Seeing the Massey truck ahead I moved to the left lane. As I approached the vehicle in front of me I went to change lanes again. That's when I discovered the guy in the Massey truck had sped up to intentionally block me from changing lanes. He puposely went out of his way to cause a dangerous traffic condition. We are in The Villages. My mother has Massey for lawn, irrigation and pest control. Lawn services are AWFUL!! Do not take the Discount by paying for a year! You won’t get a refund of the unused time if cancel. My mother has called several times because lawn not done routinely. Massey claims mowing, weed eating and blower are all part of it. The guys mowing DO NOTHING other than mow. Her grass is up to and over her walls around flower beds!! Missed patches and didn’t mow one section. This is not a one time issue. Good luck i... read more

Terribly dissatisfied with not only their product but their customer service. You can’t get ahold of anybody to help you. Service techs always find an excuse to “have to comeback”. Don’t waste your money, because you’ll be wanting it back…… like we are
