I wish I would have read these nightmare reviews before using massey... I never leave bad reviews but after they decided to steal my money and not show up one time to do pest control in the entire 3 month quarterly term they charged me for, I couldn't let this slide. DO NOT USE MASSEY PEST CONTROL. when they "checked" my termite traps, I had to find the traps for them. and uncover them for the technician. he said I didn't have any traps until I found them. then he didn't even pull the trap to check it. just looked at the top... read more
I am massey customer since 1999 for pest control and termite; before few years I got their service for irrigation and lawn service I have issue with the lawn since more than 4 months and part of the sod has to be changed So far few mangers Larry, Mark and others visited and told me that we will change it in few weeks but nothing happened! Every time I called the person Kim will tell me the manager has to approve! Finally before 3 weeks or so the new General manager Shawn visited, apologized for all delay and inconvenience ... read more
a year ago we paid upfront for a yr of services for many different things the sales man kept blowing "smoke" up our butts any time we would call for something they said they would call back or come out and take care of it nope didn't happen every service they were supposed to call about 24hrs before to make sure gate open or someone was home NOPE told them over and over again about it one problem after another....
I'm very disappointed in the Massey company. They treat their employees unfairly, they lie to their customers and they have office workers who dont give a damn about their job and the people they work with causing families fear for the loss of their households and kids lively hood.
Worst company ever. They destroyed my lawn. One of their service techs also pleasured himself in his Massey work truck in front of my home in broad day light. ps. I have a 4 minute video of this disgusting event. I can't upload it here but I'll include a screenshot. Thank God my small children who were home didn't witness this.

Massy Pest Control is HORRIBLE!!! I would recommend not using them AT ALL!!! I’m sharing with my social media friends and family. Tech come without confirmation and the treatment doesn’t work. I miss Precision Pest Control!!!! Dr. Howard
