They took it upon themselves to switch my account to auto pay and took $68 dollars from my account unauthorized. Ever since they bought out Urbanex their service has been horrible.

I have called repeatedly to terminate services but they continue to come to my residence without notice and bill me. Stay away from this company!!!!!

I have tried to cancel my service several times, but still today it is not cancelled. Every time, the representatives helping me apparently never cancel my service despite assuring me otherwise. A couple of weeks ago, I was charged for an annual service again despite asking to not renew my service yet again. So I called again to get it cancelled and now, two weeks later, the service is still not cancelled. Based on other reviews I've seen, this seems to be an intentional business practice.

I’ve been trying to reach a service manager for 6 weeks or so. All I wanted was to have the tech removed from my account as he scorched large portions of my lawn (he asked me part way though the service “what kind of grass do you have?”) Still not spoken to a service manager..I now want that tech removed from my account and someone to come fix the grass the tech burnt. I have 3 services with Massey now..they are all getting canceled if someone can’t fix this simple issue. I’ve been more than patient.

If I could give a zero, I would. The care they have given to my home and protection has been abysmal. In large print on their service reports it is noted to call ahead, give me a time of service, if pesticides are being used, time of spraying, to close and latch the gate when done. I have 2 dogs and none of this has been followed except for a phone call that they would be out in a few days. Once again, my gate has been not been closed and left my pets at harm. I wish I would have read these nightmare reviews before using massey... I never leave bad reviews but after they decided to steal my money and not show up one time to do pest control in the entire 3 month quarterly term they charged me for, I couldn't let this slide. DO NOT USE MASSEY PEST CONTROL. when they "checked" my termite traps, I had to find the traps for them. and uncover them for the technician. he said I didn't have any traps until I found them. then he didn't even pull the trap to check it. just looked at the top... read more

I am massey customer since 1999 for pest control and termite; before few years I got their service for irrigation and lawn service I have issue with the lawn since more than 4 months and part of the sod has to be changed So far few mangers Larry, Mark and others visited and told me that we will change it in few weeks but nothing happened! Every time I called the person Kim will tell me the manager has to approve!
