a year ago we paid upfront for a yr of services for many different things the sales man kept blowing "smoke" up our butts any time we would call for something they said they would call back or come out and take care of it nope didn't happen every service they were supposed to call about 24hrs before to make sure gate open or someone was home NOPE told them over and over again about it one problem after another....
I'm very disappointed in the Massey company. They treat their employees unfairly, they lie to their customers and they have office workers who dont give a damn about their job and the people they work with causing families fear for the loss of their households and kids lively hood.
Worst company ever. They destroyed my lawn. One of their service techs also pleasured himself in his Massey work truck in front of my home in broad day light. ps. I have a 4 minute video of this disgusting event. I can't upload it here but I'll include a screenshot. Thank God my small children who were home didn't witness this.

Massy Pest Control is HORRIBLE!!! I would recommend not using them AT ALL!!! I’m sharing with my social media friends and family. Tech come without confirmation and the treatment doesn’t work. I miss Precision Pest Control!!!! Dr. Howard

Poor customer service and inconsistent.
Massey sends out a slick salesman to make you think that you’re in good hands. I assure you, you are not. For the first visit which is usually very extensive. They brought out a truck with a long hose to spray whatever chemicals they are using for that initial visit. First of all I have a long backyard so I know they can’t even reach all of it. This company offers a total customer satisfaction guarantee, a no-nonsense, money-back guarantee. I guess the joke is on the customer. My daughter bought a house this year and found out she had rodents in her attic. Without reading reviews, we advised her to call Massey’s. They came out promptly to assess her house and conveniently sold her a year long pest contract, which the tech filled out and gave her someone else’s paperwork with THEIR name and address on it.
