Seems like this company needs to have better training for lawn services. at least their irrigation team is good.

I absolutely do not recommend them. I was a prior Massey customer and was satisfied, so I referred my daughter who had an unusual mite issue. As it was an emergency, I was able to get her an immediate appointment. They came out and told her they had to send the sample out. That was 2 weeks ago. She called multiple times, daily, as the issue got worse. She ended up needing to call someone else since it was worsening and Massey was not responding. We signed and prepaid a contract in October 2022. Weeds were our biggest concern. To date, there is no evidence that they are being controlled at all. We were accused of over spraying for weeds which was not true and it appears on every monthly statement. It would be nice to have some upper management come out and take a look at what is…NOT BEING DONE! And then let’s see some results to our request! Is this the 1st complaint absolutely NOT but this will be the last… they were let go as of 2/8/23 Grass in area dead paying Massey irrigation to care for & adjust settings as needed as homeowner is 76 & not able. I her a daughter was with the 2nd man to come out “Peter Lugo General Manager” & witness to him walking yard and checking all 6 zones in the DARK with light from his cell phone…after my mother was told which is recorded on ring… “ fitting/pipe needs glue near a/c unit. The initial customer service and follow up from Massey was great. However, we had an issue where an unscheduled technician kept showing up at our unit. There was a note on our account that specified scheduling ahead was needed to make sure someone was home. I received a bill in November for outside services performed, which was completely fraudulent as we have a camera and could see the tech was only showing up to knock, and then walking away each time. They took it upon themselves to switch my account to auto pay and took $68 dollars from my account unauthorized. Ever since they bought out Urbanex their service has been horrible.

I have called repeatedly to terminate services but they continue to come to my residence without notice and bill me. Stay away from this company!!!!!

They are the worst, very dishonest Don’t care. MONEY BACK Guarantee. Is a bunch off BS. Call corp after they destroyed 4k worth of sod. ( sod web worms) They blamed me because they could not keep Tecs Stay away And Shawn Massy won’t be bothered
