When you call them with a problem especially with the lawn service they always talk a big game on how they will get everything right but never come back out so me as customer has to follow up to see when they will be out because they never show up on day they say they will come. If they are going to kill my lawn I can kill it for free instead of paying to have it killed

tell your driver in truck 714027 heading north on i95 through palm beach and Martin county that the left lane is for passing, not for blocking traffic so don't have to change lanes the dozens of cars passing you on your right should have been a clue. I don't want anyone that inconsiderate or ignorant at my house.

Bought my home a year ago brand new with a new lawn. I hired Massey to provide weed and feed treatments. Two days ago, I went outside and pulled weeds from the lawn. Filled up a 30-gallon trash bag and am only half done. As far as I can tell, the monthly "treatments" are accomplishing nothing and my lawn is rapidly regressing. I'm cancelling.

Yard has never looked so horrible. Your people don’t mow entire yard, take care of weeds, or return phone calls. Have been threatened with fine for grass and weeds that you were supposed to be taking care of. Nothing but lies and false promises when you finally do get to talk to someone. The worst lawn service I could ever imagine.
Update: The GM called me and apologized and assured me that he would rectify this immediately. Time will tell. We had their service for about a year and our security cameras caught one of their techs doing a horrible job and treating our home in less than 5 minutes. I called and canceled after they assured me someone would reach out and rectify it. Then our cameras caught them last week back on our property trying to treat after we canceled them months ago. Used to have Massey to take care of a termite problem in both my front and back yard. They came out and put the green cone things around my perimeter..in January we scheduled them to come out and refill them, but all they did was come out and tell us we needed them refilled..duh, that’s why you’re here..so they left and we canceled..fast forward to now..my subdivision is on water restrictions so I haven’t been using my sprinkler system but the other day I turned it on for general maintenance only to find out one of their con... read more

They were supposed to be here at 8am. It’s 1042am. If they aren’t here by 11am I’m canceling and requesting not to be charged. This is so unprofessional and ridiculous. I have things to do as well and they don’t include sitting around waiting on your tech.

July 7, 2022 received regular scheduled service, wasn't billed (postmarked) until August 11. On August 12 (postmarked), I got a letter stating my account was past due and that I must have overlooked payment due for July service. This is the third time in the last 12 months I have gotten this type of notice and have complained directly to the St. Augustine office about their inability to send out billing on time for my account. So they basically robbed us, we canceled our service with them and three months later they showed up at the house that we no longer lived in because we moved and they performed their “service“ And then proceeded to charge us for it and I called and told them that we no longer live there and canceled the service months ago and that I wanted a refund and they argued with me about giving me a refund and still have not given it to me, worste customer service ever and they are corrupt and criminal I would not use them
