Easy to make my appt for the chip that was not available when I purchased my new Buick. I was greeted by Joshua who took excellent care of my needs. He arranged to have me taken home while my car was serviced. He also arranged to pick me up to get my car. I was given a time when my car would be ready, and it was ready a little early. My car was washed and ready for me. Great service and kind & professional service.
