Overall the experience was fine, my biggest issue was when they sent through the suggested service items from the technician. They say words like "Urgent" or needs attention. Two or three of those "urgent" items were completed on my last service, luckily I checked to make sure or otherwise it could've cost me a lot more money this time around. Just make sure you keep track of what they completed each service and don't be afraid to push back.

I asked for my GM Rewards to be used in my maintenance bill. I can't find any indication that McKinney GMC Buick used the rewards to compute my final bill. The same thing happened in my previous visit. I requested that they be used but wasn't upset because they would be available this time.
Did not take as long as I expected and I am completely satisfied!
