Courteous service personnel, fairly reasonable turnaround time, and it's nice to get the vehicle back clean. Some additional service offers were presented, some of which were absolutely not due, and all of which were more expensive than they should be. This, unfortunately, is what I have come to expect from dealerships.

They fixed the problem, but even though I was out of town and had to leave it all week, to find the problem, which they never really did, took way too long. They changed the spark plugs at my request since they were due, and that fixed the problem.
