We had no heat or hot water. The technitian came in and very confidently said he would get us both back, which put me at ease. He was professional and very skilled. He explained what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. Great experience. May I also add the woman who answered the phone when I called was great also, gave me suggestions and ended the call with thanking me for being a long time customer. I needed someone to come out and check water heater for a leak. It was about 4:00 when I called . They said they could come between 8:45-11:00? PM. I said ok because I needed to know. The tech. came about 7:00. He was very helpful and efficient. Meenan always exceeds my expectations
