Technician was great. I had a thermostat problem, the more I tried the worse it got. The technician arrived and explained everything to me, set it up and all was good again.
Great service!! Rob Burrell was very attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He spent almost 8 hours at my house just to make sure I was not left without heat. Dennis Ruane made sure Rob had what he needed to do his job and was very supportive. This is one of the best services I’ve ever received from any supplier I do business with.
