I was so pleased with the technician (JohnV32) who came to tune up my heater. He did a great job.
I've been with Meenan for many years. Whenever I have an issue, they respond quickly to address and fix the problem. John V 32 was the technician I had recently to address a heating problem. I actually requested him as he has been with Meenan for many years. I have great confidence in him as he is very knowledgable at what he does, always able to get things working again in a timely manner. He is also always very professional and courteous. I'm happy to be a loyal customer:) S.L.
Very quickly addressed our water heater issue and answered questions regarding the program. They also cleaned the furnace at the same time. Safety procedures were followed and We felt safe. Thank you for taking care of our needs quickly and professionally.
